VRC Capital was founded in early 2026 in Zurich — with a clear conviction: we don't invest passively, but look carefully at where we can add value. We don't run every company ourselves — but we actively engage in each one.
We invest in businesses that could work without us — but become better with our engagement.
Our goal is a group of companies built on three strong pillars: real estate, digital ventures, and operating partnerships. Each vertical is managed independently — united by the same standard: create value, think long-term, actively contribute.
VRC Capital Holding AG is the parent company. The individual business areas are organized under it — each with its own focus, but connected through shared values and strategic engagement.
