VRC Capital Holding AG is a Swiss entrepreneurial holding company based in Zurich. We found, acquire, and invest in businesses — we don't run every company ourselves, but we never invest passively. We look carefully at where we can add value and engage accordingly.
The holding was founded in early 2026 and operates across three business areas: real estate, digital ventures, and operating partnerships. What connects these areas is not industry logic, but attitude — we invest where our engagement makes a real difference.

We develop and broker properties in the Zurich region — focused on multi-family buildings where targeted densification creates additional living space. From initial analysis through brokerage to construction, we support every project operationally. We rely on local partnerships and our own market experience.
Digital Ventures
Deploying technology where it solves a real problem. Under OJ Digital Solutions GmbH: AIMove — fixed-price moves via video scan.
We invest in technology-driven companies and actively contribute value. AIMove is operated under OJ Digital Solutions GmbH — a platform that generates binding fixed prices for moves based on smartphone video scans. Our benchmark: Does the technology solve a real problem? If not, we pass.
Operating Partnerships
Acquiring existing businesses and making them better. Gastronomy, services — businesses where our engagement counts.
We acquire existing Swiss businesses and develop them further — gastronomy, services, businesses with proven models. No passive holding, no pure return targets. We look at where we can add value and invest accordingly.
